Dear all, we decided to make things easy for you and here is everything you need to know for a perfect Wine Country stay!
 

What time are check in and check out?

Check in time is any time after 3pm and check out time is any time before 10:30 am.

Is it possible to check in early/late to my room?

Yes. With the early check in option, your room is ready at 12:30pm, with a small fee of $25. When you book the stay and you wish to check in early, please select this option or contact the front desk +1 707 9382909 to arrange so. To check in after 6pm,it's helpful when you give notice at the front desk.

Does the Inn accept wedding blocks?

No. We're sorry but the Inn is not suitable for weddings nor wedding parties.

Does the Inn accommodate event/family reunion reservations?

Yes. The Inn is able to accommodate business events or family reunions.

Is there parking at the Inn?

Yes. The Inn offers designated parking spots for the following Rooms and Suites: Rose Garden, Cornflower, Palm Garden, Mimosa, Wisteria and Jasmine. There is the possibility to park at the Inn earlier than check in time, but we kingly ask guests to make sure to be parked in the right spot. Please see that the Oleander Studio has street parking only. Thank you.

What is included in my stay?

The Inn offers beautiful gardens and gazebos, a free Winery passport included in each stay, free bikes (please see bicycles for more info), morning coffee, refrigerator, coolers, ice. Rose Garden, Cornflower, Palm Garden, Mimosa, Wisteria and Jasmine do include breakfast.

Is breakfast included in every room?

No. The Oleander is a big room, ideal for families or longer stays, it does not include breakfast nor parking.

I will travel with kids, does the Inn accommodate kids?

No. The Inn is an adult only accommodation and children can be accepted if over 12 years old.

Do you have rooms to accommodate more than 2 guests?

Yes. The Oleander Studio is a big apartment that has one queen bedroom and one sofa bed, up to 4 people, with a small extra cost of $50 each. Please advise the front desk if you wish to have the 2 rooms set up with and extra cost.

Any chance to have the Winery pass before my stay/mailed?

No. The Winery pass is a great plus that we include for free in each stay. It's a big effort for us to have Wineries and Tasting rooms offering such deals, so to experience the most we recommend to consider to stay at least 2 nights.

How does the Winery pass work?

With the Winery Pass the guest is able to take advantage of special exclusive discounts at Wineries and Wine Tasting rooms: complimentary tastings or 2 for 1 tasting. There is no limit and we recommend to buy at the source.

Transportation to Sonoma from SFO or any airport?

The best way to tour Sonoma and the Wine Country is to have a car. If you feel not to drive, please consider to hire a taxi/uber service, a driver or the shuttle bus. Airport Express is the most efficient way to reach Sonoma - you have to stop in Petaluma fairground and then use taxi/uber service to Sonoma. Here is the link: http://airportexpressinc.com/

Do I have to book wine tasting experiences?

No. Most of the Wineries are happy to accommodate walk ins. Please refer to Explore the Wine Country section.

Are bikes available at the Inn?

Yes. The Inn offers cruiser bikes to enjoy the Sonoma area.

Can we book bikes?

No. Bikes are on a first come first serve basis.

Can we cancel one reservation?

Yes. When you book your stay, please remember you sign a contract that has some rules. Please refer to Policies section for a better explanation.

Can we obtain a refund if a cancellation occurs less that 30 days from the arrival date?

No. We suggest to subscribe a private travel insurance if you think that something could happen. Because of the small size of the Inn, cancellations affect us greatly. Thank you
