Policies & Procedures for An Inn 2 Remember

Our Inn is an adult environment and children under 12 are discouraged.
• We love pets, but unfortunately we cannot accommodate guest pets; only a service animal with proper certification is acceptable, please.
• Check-in time is between 3:00 and 7:00 pm unless special arrangements have been made prior to arrival.
• Check out is 11:00 am.
• We are a non-smoking facility. Thank you for your cooperation!
• There is a $35.00 processing fee, per room, for all cancellations. If you need to cancel, please let us know fourteen days prior to the arrival date. For two or more rooms, we require a 30-day notice. If you cancel less than fourteen days ahead, we will try our best to rebook the room, but the full room fee plus tax will be charged for any room we cannot book.
• At the time of booking, we require full payment for one night, including applicable tax. If three or more rooms are booked together-they are considered a group. Please see below for our group policies.
• There will be a 50% cancellation fee for any “packages” that were ordered within 30 day of arrival.
• Group policy… Any group booking (three or more rooms) must include full payment for one night. Cancellation must be made 30 days prior to the reservation date. The names and contact information for all guests and the specific room each guest will occupy must be provided to us at least 30 days prior to arrival.
